Danya McIntyre Bogart
Danya McIntyre Bogart, co-founder of McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, LLC (MYRecruiting) united in December 2006 with her long time business associate Lee Youngblood to launch a dedicated recruiting firm.
McIntyre Bogart most recently served in various management positions with Robert Half International, Inc. from September 1994 to March 2006. As Regional Manager of Southeast Texas and Louisiana for RHI, she managed sales teams in seven branch locations, which specialized in the recruitment and sales of accounting, legal, information technology and administrative professionals.
She began her career with RHI in Fort Worth, Texas in 1988 and assumed increasingly responsible sales and senior management positions during her 18-year tenure. After accepting a transfer to Houston in 1992, Danya led sales teams to all time sales production throughout the 90’s and into this millennium achieving both international sales and leadership awards.
In addition to her management responsibilities, Danya was the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) president 1999-2000, in which the local organization received recognition at the worldwide conference. In 2000, she successfully negotiated a national staffing contract with ExxonMobil.
McIntyre Bogart earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, in 1989. Danya is an active member of the Houston community where she currently serves on several boards and community activities; including Volunteer Houston-Executive Committee, Junior League of Houston, Kappa Alpha Theta Alumnae, Houston Area Parkinson’s Society and Women’s Finance Exchange (WFE).
Lee Youngblood
Lee Youngblood, co-founder of McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, LLC (MYRecruiting) united in December 2006 with Danya McIntyre Bogart to form McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, LLC. MYRecruiting is a regional recruiting and consulting firm focused in the professional disciplines of; accounting, finance, legal, Oil & Gas and information technology (IT).
Lee began her career with Robert Half International fifteen years ago and held various management positions . After accepting transfers to the San Antonio, Irving and Houston offices, she returned to Dallas becoming the first manager of the north Dallas office of RHI generating placement and consulting levels that have yet to be equaled.
Following her success in Dallas and Houston, she accepted the task of starting up the south Louisiana branch of RHI. During her tenure in New Orleans she served an array of professional organizations; was a frequent guest on new talk media broadcasts; as well as maintaining her full time recruiting and management duties. She was instrumental in promoting a Louisiana CFO as Institute of Management Accountants’ (IMA) national financial executive of the year.
Lee has continued her commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards of her profession serving as president of IMA and as a board member of the ASWA (America Society of Women Accountants). Lee is an active member and regional director for Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBEC South). WBEC South is a certifying partner organization in the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).
After graduating from Austin College with a B.A. she briefly practiced in private accounting before RHI and is well acquainted with the current trends and requirements of the financial and accounting profession.
