Tina Eaton Recruiter
Prior to joining the Dallas operations of McIntyre & Youngblood Recruiting, LLC as the Director of Sales and Marketing, Tina Eaton joined Encore Retail as Controller for the Retail, Multi-Family and Construction Divisions. As Controller she is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of accounting including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and cash financial reporting to the Board of Directors, construction loan funding, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, bank reconciliation, cash management, year-end expense reconciliation’s, and on-going development of the accounting structure to assure accurate, timely and reliable reporting.
Ms. Eaton has twenty five years of commercial real estate experience for both publicly and privately held companies, such as Trammell Crow, Crescent Real Estate Equities, and Hillwood Development. During her career she has been involved in due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, company public offerings, and development of client relationships.
Ms. Eaton is a Certified Public Accountant, State of Texas, and holds a Bachelor of Business of Business Administration from Amberton University.
Monica Ray Recruiter
Monica Ray joined McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, LLC with over 15 years of sales and recruiting experience. She began her career with Olsten/Adecco before moving on to companies such as Xerox and Robert Half International. During her career she has managed national accounts, federal accounts, and divisions. She has also trained and mentored new employees. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Oklahoma. Through the years, she has continued to be involved in the community and with volunteer organizations including American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, the American Diabetes Association, Scottish Rite Hospital, and serving as a mentor to students.
