The New Orleans office opened on December 6, 2006. Due to our emphasis on rebuilding the New Orleans market, we decided to make New Orleans our corporate office for our recruiting and staffing services. Our New Orleans office specializes in all divisions which include accounting/finance, legal and IT professionals.
Lee Youngblood Founder
Lee Youngblood manages the day to day operations of the New Orleans office but other key recruiters are Danya McIntyre Bogart, Jessica Anderton and Amanda Babin.
Monica Ray Recruiter
Monica Ray joined McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting, LLC with over 15 years of sales and recruiting experience. She began her career with Olsten/Adecco before moving on to companies such as Xerox and Robert Half International. During her career she has managed national accounts, federal accounts, and divisions. She has also trained and mentored new employees. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Oklahoma. Through the years, she has continued to be involved in the community and with volunteer organizations including American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, the American Diabetes Association, Scottish Rite Hospital, and serving as a mentor to students.
Amanda Babin Recruiter
Amanda Babin began her career in recruiting in 2004 as the Lead Administor for Robert Half International, Inc. Amanda joined McIntyre Youngblood Recruiting in 2007 as the office manager and recruiting assistant for the New Orleans and Houston markets, and more recently the Dallas market. Amanda plays a key role in the recruitment and management of major accounts and special projects.
