Consultant Placement:

Employers are able to actually evaluate the candidate's work performance before they commit to hiring the person full time, which reduces the risk of hiring a person who is not qualified for the job. In many cases the temporary candidate is so qualified, they are hired for the position on a full-time basis. If you are interested in hiring a MYRecruiting contract candidate as a permanent employee, we will work together to transition them onto your full-time staff.
Direct Hire Placement:

Temporary Placement:
We provide employers with candidates that are qualified for the positions that are open. These openings are often the result of one day absences, special project needs, vacation coverage, medical or maternity leave, or in the interim while conducting a permanent search.
Typical assignments may be assisting a busy commercial real estate attorney, handling trial preparation duties for a large litigation case, providing Para Financial services in a corporate financial department, or assisting a busy real estate firm as a closing Para Financial.
